What we collect

When you submit the design partner form, we receive the details you enter: name, work email, company, role, legacy stack, approximate codebase size, and your message. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Why we use it

We use this information only to reply to your request and to discuss a possible design partnership. We do not sell it or share it for marketing purposes.

Where it is processed

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through a form-handling provider. Email is hosted by our email provider. These providers process the data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into an agreement that requires longer retention.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing contact@agoralastikburada.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or KVKK.

Source code shared during a partnership

Any source code shared during a design partnership is covered by a separate written agreement (NDA and data processing terms). It is never used to train AI models.
